Poca Valley Bank, a subsidiary of Poca Valley Bankshares, is a commercial bank with locations in Clendenin, Elkview, Poca, Sissonville, Spencer and Winfield, W.Va. The bank offers a range of deposit products, such as checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts. It also provides a variety of consumer, municipal and commercial loans, including automobile loans, mortgages, home equity, construction, secured and unsecured installment loans, Small Business Administration loans and agricultural loans.
