Autism Services Center (ASC) is a nonprofit licensed behavioral health center founded in 1979 by Ruth C. Sullivan, Ph.D., to provide essential services in Cabell, Wayne, Lincoln, Mason, and Putnam counties in West Virginia. Specializing in autism, ASC offers comprehensive community-integrated services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, serving approximately 250 individuals with a dedicated staff of nearly 500.
