The Autism Services Center (ASC) is a nonprofit behavioral health center established in 1979 by Dr. Ruth C. Sullivan, dedicated to providing essential services to individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities across Cabell, Wayne, Lincoln, Mason, and Putnam counties in West Virginia.
