Do you enjoy long waits? Then the AT&T store in Kanawha City is for you. The employees are waiting on customers, but they are spending too much time in idle chitchat with customers....

Terrible Customer service. I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone. Must be why it's so consistently dead in there. That store used to thrive, constantly packed. Work ethic is a little shaky...

Horrible , unfriendly staff . Plz avoid this store . Customer service is worst then a nightmare . Manager is unprofessional. Avoid pain and go to another store .
