My goal is always to provide a safe place for my clients to process their experiences, goals, core beliefs and values, and provide gentle assistance as they make the decisions that are a reflection of who they are. We problem solve, laugh, cry, learn, grow, and do it all over again as many times as it takes while clients evolve to be fully who they were meant to be. My areas of focus and specialty are criminal and addictive thinking, trauma, working with children and teens, couples, and families
