Located in Huntington, W.Va., it serves more than 200 patients each day in their homes, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The center provides services to patients suffering from cancer, Parkinson's disease, strokes, multiple sclerosis, and heart, lung, kidney and liver diseases. It employs medical directors, nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, grief support counselors and patient care volunteers.
