ZO Reiki

History

Having been drawn to healthcare and healing at a young age, I started my experience as a Red Cross volunteer while in high school at my local hospital. I served as an Air Force medic, trained and earned my Licensed Vocational Nurse license (LVN) and was an EMT. After moving to Seattle in 1979, I earned my degree in commercial photography, but quickly realized that helping people was my true work. I have worked in both hospitals and clinics, national respiratory and infusion company, and home health and hospice agencies. I was lucky to discover that Reiki and Therapeutic Touch is another modality to help people and animals, and have been encouraged to study and pursue this natural progression to my career in healing.
