We had a horrible smell - dog urine mixed with vinegar- it was so bad it made us question if we should just rip out carpet! Alec and Gabe came in, didn't make any promises (because it was bad!)...

The products used seem to be environmentally friendly. They dry fast. In fact to my surprise, they were dry with in 24 hours. The prior 3 times we have had them professionally cleaned with shampoo...

Sent the wrong equipment the first time, so they canceled the appointment on me (despite the fact they'd cleaned my carpets the year before - so, should've known which equipment to bring)....
