In my one-on-one coaching sessions, nature walks and group workshops I offer compassionate and non judgmental approach that focuses on finding your truth and strong voice. Through our work together you will feel liberated, aligned with your values and tuned into your desires. In my coaching sessions I meet my clients where they are. I listen and ask a series of powerful, open-ended questions. Together we focus on setting goals and planning the way forward. I am your ally and cheerleader.
