more recent experiences have not been as good. The teriyaki tends toward overcooked and not as tender.

Teriyaki rib was bit tough, wasn't tender and some of the pieces were too burnt. The salad was warm and didn't have much sauce. It was literally lettuce and a few pieces of shredded carrots....
