History
This business began with two people having two ideas around yoga - one wanting a class she could do with her son without driving an hour, and another who was a para-educator and needed a mid-afternoon, non-hot class. Together they created a community yoga studio that could provide adult classes not otherwise available in the area, and a family-based program where young people of all ages could do yoga, including children with special needs, and families could do yoga together. The business started in March 2015 and held family yoga classes and summer camps in the Maple Valley community. The studio opened in January 2017 and is now able to offer a wide variety of family, adult and young person classes!
Specialties
We are an innovative community yoga studio focusing on families, beginners and specialty classes. All of our classes are non-hot. We have classes where adults and young people can come at the same time, but get their very own class in a separate room! We also have family yoga where families can do yoga together, spending quality time together.
