History

Flow Hot Yoga opened in February 2013 in Salmon Creek. We have since opened a studio located in Camas as well. All of our instructors are certified and are constantly working to further their education. We strive to provide the best hot yoga classes around! Our classes are not your typical hot yoga! We have 60 minute classes in a variety of formats and a warm, beautiful environment. No carpet! No florescent lighting! Just yoga! Come spend some time with us and be ready to work hard and really learn how to advance your practice.
