The passion fruit tea had too many seeds in it. I also try their pancake and was not worth it. I rather go elsewhere for egg waffles. The Asian lady was quite rude to me.

it's pretty good, standard boba that is not too sweet not artificial tasting. Tried the mango pomelo drink hoping for a rich mango sago dessert type of flavor, but was just normal.
