I have had smoked salmon all over the world. This is BY FAR the best smoked salmon I have ever had. Sadly I moved to Montana and this salmon is one of the things I miss most about living in Seattle.

Freshest fish, flavorful smoked salmon. They also home deliver although there's a min order amount. We have weekly fish dinner that's the favorite of the family and guests.

They don't sell the head of the fish (or the whole fish). I took a photo of the price at Ballard market. Will need to come back and try it one day.
