I really wanted to like this salon. I love aveda products. The lady cut my hair super crooked and then I called and called and emailed to get it fixed and I never received a call or email back....

It's 6:57pm on a Wednesday and no one is working. The store is locked up but there is no closed sign or a "we've stepped out and will be back in 10 mins". No hours of operations posted either....
