Rhubarb pie. Rhubarb alone in a pie with just the correct amount of sugar, salt and flour. The world would be shook to know how delicious rhubarb can be. The butter pie crust is perfection.

Picked up a cranberry pear pie at the Goose and it was still warm. It was so good! We topped it with Whidbey Island vanilla ice cream. On the hunt for another one for Family Christmas!
