Chef Patrick Frank ran a small personal chef and catering company - Cochon Catering - for almost a decade before launching a food truck in 2018 with his business partner and friend, Chef Shawn Martin (previously executive Chef at Bis On Main in Bellevue.) The food truck can be found out and about at various locations around town, mostly during lunchtime but some evenings as well. If you're looking for catering, we've got you covered there as well. We can bring the truck or just the chefs. It's up to you! When we cater an event, we pride ourselves on giving you the most memorable experience we can -- from the initial menu consultation to the superb service at your event to the spotless way we leave the kitchen. Every step is designed to offer a completely stress-free (and delicious!) dining experience for you and your guests.
