30 dollars for a one time ACH to pay my brand new car loan. That is more than an overdraft fee from USAA. 30 DOLLARS to make a 230 dollar payment.

This credit union created the most stressful and unreasonably difficult process for getting a car loan. Everytime I called them they ensured everything would be fine, only to turn around 12 hours...

If you like banking in 1985 you'll love this place. Cant deposit into ATMs Online banking that never works. debit cards have backend problems all the time

The customer service here is awesome. I have been banking here for five years now, they really provide personal service. The tellers are great at remembering you and they keep your ID on file....
