I am a 77 year old woman who just completed 3 months of treatment at the Ferndale office of Whatcom Physical Therapy for chronic, lower back pain. The staff could not have been more wonderful....

Horrible horrible company, family Doctor sent 2 separate referrals to this place but zero calls to schedule, finally had to call myself and was told they would get back to me on scheduling, zero...
