Resident for 1.5 years. Do not rent here. In the past 6 months water has been shut off four times, the most recent time unannounced and ongoing currently. Two power outages in the same period...

The maintenance department at Wharfside Point has been great. Ronald Fayette and Jacob Morical have both been very helpful at solving problems in my unit and the building.
