customer service was bad and my "jalapeño pretzel" had 1 tiny chunk of jalapeño. i would not recommend at all

Very poor customer service. Ordered pretzel bits. When I complained they were too well done almost burned they were very rude. I have been getting these pretzels for years and never treated this way.
