Wesley Homes Health Center is a 148-bed skilled nursing facility certified under the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Care is marginal, especially in the evening and food pairings are horrible. Example: Mac and cheese (in a bowl with velveeta) and mashed potatoes. Tuna sandwich with bad tuna noodle casserole....
