T. Shire Counseling specializes in providing quality trauma-focused counseling services to ikids and teens, couples, families, and groups in the greater Seattle area. I am a member of Northwest DBT Seattle and am strongly influenced by attachment theory, family systems theory, somatic awareness, mindfulness, art, and play therapy.
