This is ridiculous!!!! How is a bank going to call me and tell them to call back asap and NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE?!?!? I must've called 100 times with no answer and no way to leave a voicemail

Clearly the average is being generous on reviews! Incompetent bankers with terrible customer service or knowledge on what Wells Fargo offers! HIGHLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO TAKE BUSINESS ACCOUNTS...

I've been with wells for over 20 years. This location sucks . On Fridays they only have 2 tellers . I waited 20 mins in line to be greeted by a not so friendly teller. They don't wear name tags...
