How dare Wells Fargo changing my checking account to Premium Checking without my approval this has to be illegal I got the letter today !!! Without my consent ?

Don't choose this bank as a business. They charge your employees fifteen dollars to cash their paychecks. Even though it's YOUR BANK. ILL NEVER BANK HERE!!!
