I don't know why this bank has bad reviews, their staff is nice and they do all the bank things right. :) I just changed back to Wells Fargo and I don't regret it.

Level of service was less than satisfactory. I waited 40 minutes for a notary. Then a group comes in and is served before me, no appointment was associated to this group. Not happy with his branch.
