Seattle Community Network (SCN) is a nonprofit organization established in 1994, dedicated to promoting digital equity by ensuring that all Seattle residents can connect online, regardless of income or abilities. Family-friendly neighborhood northeast of Downtown Seattle and UW. It's main business district is along 35th Ave NE. Good mix of newer and older homes ranging from mid-century to present.
