Washington Conservation Voters

Washington Conservation Action is a unified organization committed to protecting the land, air, and water in Washington while promoting environmental justice and fairness in the political system. The organization brings together the Washington Environmental Council and Washington Conservation Voters to advocate for clean energy, preserve natural resources, and strengthen democracy through grassroots activism.

Since 2015, Washington Conservation Action has assessed progress in forest management and public lands through its annual State of our Forests and Public Lands Report. The organization actively engages communities, provides resources for activists, and recognizes the importance of stewardship by Indigenous nations and the contributions of Black and African labor to the region's history.
