This was a hot coffee I ordered. I went to take a drink once I got to work and noticed it's not even full. Ordered an extra hot no whip cream.

Cannot call the store directly. instead you get a ridiculously long automated answering machine and can never get a person. Then the machine hangs up on you. Terrible customer service.
