A grassy lookout below steep slopes and brush, this park is suitable for a quick stop and a look at the lake while on your boulevard tour. It could also be a delectable stop around mid-August when the blackberries are ripe. Stairs lead up to 39th & John from the Boulevard.

Beautiful spot to just sit and look over the water. Makes you wonder if the neighborhood's late famous resident used to sit and do that as its steps from his old home. Just gorgeous.
