I am dedicated and prepared to help clients with various mental health needs both with psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy. I have over 18 years of clinical experience in providing wholistic and compassionate care. I believe that psychotherapy with and some times without medication remains the most effective means for treating mental health conditions.
