Run. Scoot. WOT (wide open throttle) from this Vespa "dealership". Worst customer service you'll find in the Milky Way Galaxy. You have to track them down as they won't return phone calls...

Well, as an employee (possibly the owner) said....what do you expect for a scooter shop? Called over a week before to make an appointment to have my scooter serviced. My time was set at 11:00 am...
