If I could give a negative star review, I would. What started out with a friendly sales person training a new employee was understandable and fine. Even if it was 8 hours out of my work schedule....

Ashlee was terribly rude... no attempt at customer service. She was caught in a lie, back tracked with no apology. We did get our phone, but 3 days later than it was delivered and 4 days after it...

Tried to pay off my phone there. They had no clue how to do it and didn't seem like they cared at all. I was trying to give them money and was ignored. I wouldn't deal with these people again
