Terri and her daughter, who also happens to be the lead barista, started Varsity Espresso in 2014. The legend of the stand has held many owners in the past, and Terri and Sydney were given an opportunity to show Olympia-Lacey what decadent coffee, and fast, friendly service is. Coming from Bellevue, we have had experience in high end, as well as fast paced coffee houses in both Bellevue and Seattle. We want to be able to bring the Seattle coffee experience to everyone in the Olympia-Lacey area. Sydney currently resides in Olympia, and serves Monday-Friday.
