Still the absolute worst run location I've been to. Once again I was stuck watching people get serviced before me who arrived after me. Left before it got of of hand again and won't be back.

They never responded to my email and never made it right for breaking my car. This response says that they will make it right and leaves a case number. Valvoline says there is no such case number....

So a great experience with this Valvoline. Quick, easy, convenient, and local. Brandi really did a great job on my God Daughters little car. Wonderful job Brandi and crew!
