The first day I got my real estate license, I knew of a seller who wanted to sell. I met with her and told her I had 3 buyers who would pay more than what the other agents had told her. Within hours, I had those three clients in the door and one of them wrote up the offer $100k more than what the others had told her. I was a Rookie, yet I knew my neighborhood and what people would pay for a home and what real estate was really valued at.
