Counter help is a tired, angry group. They aren't a happy bunch. General attitude is not service oriented to the general public. I've stopped going there and go to other post offices in the area.

Why are the lobby hours still restricted? We pay for post office boxes and the ability to pick up mail after hours. Those of us who work off hours have difficulty for the "temporary" lobby hours...
