I've always said it " this is why I don't bank here" but it's true US Bank in Pullman has the worst customer service I've ever seen! They are horrible, an rude about it. Their tellers need to take...

Manager never says hello. Assistant manager looks mad and generally unhappy. And speaks to customers like she hates them. If you hate your job so much, why stay?
