University House is a living community that serves senior citizens. It is a part of Era Living, which is privately held company. Founded in 1987, Era Living is one of the leading owners and operators of retirement living communities in Washington. The parent company offers a range of housing programs and services. Era Living provides residents with healthcare services through a partnership with the University of Washington, School of Nursing. The parent company also offers scheduled group transportation, housekeeping and linen services. Era Living organizes several recreational activities, as well as maintains a wellness centers.

University House used to have good food. Now it is bland and cheap. I got goulash with only two tiny pieces of meat. The rest consisted of noodles and potatoes! Other than that, it is a very nice...
