University Child Development School

University Child Development School, founded in 1911, is an independent, nonprofit elementary school. Located in Seattle, the school offers enrollment for more than 300 students in grades three to five. Its curriculum includes English, Spanish, math, science, social studies, art, music, reading and writing skills, computer studies, and physical education. It has a parent-teacher association that involves parents in various educational activities of the school. It offers various activities, such as drama and science clubs, choir group, and math team. The school also organizes summer camps and workshops for its students. The school offers various sports activities, including football, cross-country, basketball, soccer and volleyball. University Child Development School is accredited by the Pacific Northwest Association of Independent Schools and National Association of Independent Schools.
