I've been going to Tully for several years. His care and attention set him apart when he worked for a large chain salon. Now that he's on his own he is solely dedicated to pleasing his client.

People don't get fooled by this guy. He does the bare minimum and he is tricky. He makes you believe he's doing you a full service but if you know a good cut, you'll find uneven spots, parts...
