TT's Old Iron Brewery

History

TT's Old Iron Brewery was founded by Travis Thosath. He started as a home brewer while working at Frito Lay. TT's Old Iron Brewery made its debut as a micro brewery at the Steel Barrel Taproom in 2018 where he met local Chef Chad White of Zona Blanca Ceviche. Both Love Beer and BBQ and when the timing was right they both shook hands and decided to take TT's Old Iron Brewery to the next level and found a location of their own in the South Valley of Spokane to call home for this fun family establishment.

Specialties

Just a couple Spokane boys making good beer and barbecue. All beers are brewed onsite and all the meats are smoked with white oak from Oregon or local orchard wood from green bluff. Most of our staff are youth from the surrounding local neighborhoods.
