HistoryWe make low sulfite wines! French Style, no headaches and no hangovers in this chemical free wine.SpecialtiesClaude makes only French Style wines. Dry to be served with food. We have 5 acres of Pinot Noir and we bring in Merlot, Syrah, Riesling, Chardonnay and Cab Sav from Pasco. We bring in the grapes and process them in our wine cellar. Claudia makes fruit wines, for those who like a little sweeter wine like Blackberry, Ginger, Rhubarb,Lavender. ALL of these wines are low in sulfites. You cannot get a headache from these wines.
