The company s 10,000-square-foot New Home Showroom, located in Bellevue, Wash., contains more than 5,000 choices. Customers can choose the home's exterior color, carpet, hardwood floors, KitchenAid and Whirlpool appliances and Delta faucets. One can even choose to upgrade a home to be Energy Star certified. Building homes in the Seattle area since 1969, Quadrant Homes was awarded the Builder of the Year award in 2004 by the Master Builders Association. Quadrant Homes is headquartered in Bellevue, Wash.
