Have your employees scan people's packages before they leave out the door. Super unprofessional in my eyes that this would be a step missed, receipt asked for or not.

Employees are super helpful (and often quite busy)... however, as has been mentioned by others: their actual hours are not always as posted or adhered to. Just there this afternoon. sign says...

So infuriating that hours say open 8:30am and continues to be 10-20 min late. I have scheduled as well. With a client scheduled at 9am I had to leave after waiting 20 min. I'll go to another store...
