The Roll Pod Food Truck is an Indian Food Truck based in Seattle. Our Vision is to delight customers, with the most delicious, fresh and balanced Indian food available on the go from our food truck. Assembled in a roll or a bowl, easy to carry and eat, each portion of our food has been delicately crafted to give you absolutely mouthwatering Indian Kathi Rolls, Kathi Rice Bowls, and Salad Bowls. What is a roll? It's a wheat Roti (or tortilla) layered with pan fried egg and filled with delicately spiced exotic Indian fillings - Chicken / Paneer / Mushroom, complemented with crunchy salad medley, a special green chutney & lemon juice. What is a rice bowl? It's our special fried rice with a creamy tomato gravy overlaid with delicately spiced exotic Indian fillings - Chicken / Paneer / Mushroom, garnished with crunchy salad medley, a special green chutney and lemon juice, topped with a fried egg. Try our most excellent Chicken Kathi Roll, Paneer Kathi Roll, Mushroom Kathi Roll, Aloo Gobhi Matar Kathi roll, Spicy Aloo (Potato) Kathi Roll and Mutton / Lamb Kathi Roll, Chicken Kathi Bowl, Paneer Kathi Bowl, and Mushroom Kathi Bowl, Aloo Gobhi Matar Kathi bowl, Spicy Aloo (Potato) Kathi bowl and Mutton / Lamb Kathi bowl. We have two food trucks in Seattle. We serve Halal meat. We have gluten free and vegan options.
