A girlfriend just told me about this studio and i was SO STOKED to see that a lagree fitness studio is near me! I used to live in Alki, then moved to East Queen Anne, and now on the eastside....

One of my favorite workout studio in Bellevue! The Lagree class is the best workout ever! You get a FULL body workout, it's pretty hard and difficult first couple of classes but it's so worth it!...

It's a new way of training, use a lot of tiny muscle groups. Trainers are all very educated and always cue you during the sections

I just relocated from Orange County, taking Lagree classes in SoCal for a couple years. I was SO excited to find this studio in Bellevue. Took my first class this weekend and it was excellent!!...
