It was never top of the line, but when I first moved in 08/2019 it was basic and comfortable. They were even pretty good about fixing things. Then the old manager Judy left and Covid hit....

Good for a single person not a huge family. Bathrooms are in the rooms and don't expect lots of space

Black mold(ceiling, doors, windows). Did not paint or have carpet cleaned before moving in. Fleas from previous tenants pets embedded in carpet. Disgusting.
