There was a huge leak in the sprinkler system that flooded most apartments on 20-33. Big drag. Most of us had to move, and much more quickly than we had first thought. This was fairly stressful....

Stay away from this building. After two floods caused by burst pipes in consecutive winters, this building is operating at a loss. They will look for every excuse to take your money once you sign...

Many floods, can't consume alcohol without paying $10 per day to state for license There have been seven floods (so far) in the building with one causing dozens of units to be gutted due to water...

I had an amazing tour with the leasing team and was extremely impressed with the building quality overall. Very excited to be moving in a few months!
