Venue for my son and his fiancé wedding. Very nice place for a reception, at a reasonable price. Had wedding and reception at the venue.

This Queen Anne Victorian was once the residence of George C. Marshall, the architect of the plan for European recovery after World War II. Marshall occupied the home, one of two Officers' Row houses currently open to the public, when he was the commander of the Vancouver barracks.

It was nice to see the Marshal House, but it seems like its main purpose is to rent it out for events. It does seem like a good place to host an event, but it seems odd that it is open otherwise...
